水揚げ方法

花の水揚げ方法は、種類によって少し違います。

　　でも、基本的には・・・・

水に浸かる部分の葉を落とす
新聞紙で花を包みます(これは水分の蒸発を防ぐ為ですね)
水の中で、茎を斜めに切る→断面部分が広くなります

水が揚がりにくい冬などは「湯揚げ」といって、茎の先をお湯に浸　　　

　　　けるのですよ。

★カスミソウ、クジャクソウ、アスター、などの茎の細い花の水揚げにはこの方法を使います。

例えばﾊﾞﾗの水が下がった場合は、少し乱暴ですけれど茎の先を

　　　火で焼きます(長く焼くと燃えてしまうのでご注意してくださいね)。

　　　この後、深水に即浸けます。新聞紙で葉を包むこともお忘れなく。

rose.p 枝ものなどは、まず茎を叩いてちょっと潰します(可哀想？)

　　　おｳﾁで生ける時は、切り口に十文字を入れると水が下がりにくいで

　　　すよ。
